Portrait of a girl with white hat

This portrait of a girl with white hat is done on 640 g (340 Lb) coldpressed watercolor paper from Arches. I absolutely love this paper. Most of the time I am working on the dry surface and it is also possible to work in layers to build up the richness of colours. I love this watercolor painting technique. For my portraits and figure paintings I am using different colours than I am using on my flowers and rose paintings and these colours work very well for me and so far I am very satisfied.
